With warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, juicy apples and hearty oats, this apple pie smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 mediumgala or fuji apples, cored and sliced into wedges
  • 1 cupwhole-milk plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cupice cubes
  • ¼ cupunsweetened oat milk
  • ¼ cupold-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ½ teaspoonspure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • ½ teaspoonground nutmeg

Directions

    Combine apple wedges, 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup ice, ¼ cup oat milk, ¼ cup oats, 1½ teaspoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
