Ingredients
- 2 mediumgala or fuji apples
cored and sliced into wedges
- 1 cwhole-milk plain greek yogurt
- ½ cice cubes
- ¼ cunsweetened oat milk
- ¼ cold-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ½ tsppure maple syrup
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 1 tspcinnamon
- ½ tspground nutmeg
Directions

Combine apple wedges, 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup ice, ¼ cup oat milk, ¼ cup oats, 1½ teaspoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
