  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots or baby carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice (plus additional as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
