If you love a creamy smoothie, this avocado-banana smoothie is for you. Combine ripe avocado and a banana for a full and healthy breakfast.
Add 1 banana, ½ avocado, 2 teaspoons honey, 5 or 6 ice cubes and ⅔ cup coconut milk (or almond milk) to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth.
