
Beef Stew with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef fillet
- 1 medium onion

- 1 tbps. tomato paste
- 2 cups grape tomato
diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. 7 spice)

- 2 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Directions

Cube the beef fillet.

Dice the onion. Heat the oil in a skillet on high heat and saute the onions until caramalized or gold in color

Add in the beef cubes and saute to obtain a nice brown color for about 2-3 minutes

Add in the tomatoe and garlic. Mix and cover to cook for about 5 minutes until the tomato is tender.

Add in the water, spices, salt and tomato paste. Mix and cover again for cook on low heat for 5 more minutes.

Remove and serve!
