Ingredients
- 14 pound pork shoulder
or butt roast
- 2 tspsalt
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- 1 tspground black pepper
- 1 cchopped onion
- 3 clovesgarlic
minced
- 1 candr. pepper
- 1 ½ cbbq sauce
divided

- coleslaw
for topping

Directions

Prepare the crockpot with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.

Season the pork shoulder or butt with salt, garlic powder and pepper, rubbing into the meat on all sides.

Place the seasoned roast into the crockpot.
