- 1 mediumcarrot
- 1celery stalk
- 23 cloves garlic
- 1 cpastina
- ¼ cdry white wine
- 3 ½ cchicken or vegetable broth
- 1 headbroccoli
- ½ chalf & half or heavy cream
room temperature
- 1 csharp cheddar cheese
- ½ caged white cheddar or Gruyère
- 2 ozcream cheese
- ¼ tspsmoked paprika
- 1 pinchcayenne
- 1 pinchnutmeg
- Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
