- 1/2 cup butter
softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup finely diced rhubarb
