
Everyone's favorite game day dish, prepared on the Pit Boss Smoker! Buffalo chicken dip is spicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Topped with jalapenos and blue cheese, this appetizer will satisfy all of your hungry sports fans!
Preheat the Pit Boss to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
Fold in the chicken, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using).
Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbling
Add in thinly sliced jalapenos for the last 10 minutes of cooking for a little extra kick!
Serve with celery, carrots, and tortilla chips, and enjoy!
