  • 1 small yellow onion

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper

  • 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower rice

    cooked according to the directions on the package, 10 ounces

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
