Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small red onion
chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
smashed and minced
- 1 package penne pasta
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
