
Chicken Bacon Ranch Queso
Ingredients
- 1 lbshredded chicken
- 1 lbbacon
- 32 ozqueso blanco velveeta
- 8 ozmozzarella cheese
- ½ cgreen onions
- 1ranch seasoning packet
- 1 c2% milk
- ¾ csour cream
- ½ cmayonnaise
- ¼ cchicken broth
- 1 tspapple cider vinegar
- 1 tbspdried dill
- 1 tbspdried parsley
- 1 ½ tspgarlic powder
- 1 ½ tsponion powder
- ½ tspsalt
- ½ tspblack pepper
Directions

Season boneless skinless chicken thighs with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Grill the chicken over medium high heat and remove once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Shred the chicken then combine all of the queso ingredients together in an aluminum foil pan.
