Remove the pits from medjool dates and chop each into about 8 pieces.
To a mixing bowl add nuts, seeds, cranberries, chocolate and chopped dates, then stir to combine.
Sprinkle sea salt over the mixture and stir again to distribute.
Add mixture to a sealed container and enjoy throughout your week. Store in the fridge or pantry.
