  • extra virgin olive oil

  • mushrooms

    sliced

    7 oz.
  • garlic

    minced

    2 cloves
  • dry white wine
    ⅓ c
  • italian herb seasoning
    1 tbsp.
  • juice of

  • flour
    1 tsp.
  • dijon mustard
    1 tsp.
  • heavy cream
    1 c
  • freshly chopped parsley

Directions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to packaging directions, or until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining and tossing in olive oil.
