Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 2/3 cup grated Gruyère cheese

Directions
