  • 2-3 cups cooked rice

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

    halved

  • 2-3 cups romaine lettuce

    chopped

  • 1 cup celery

    chopped into small pieces, about 2-3 large stalks

  • Optional: blue cheese crumbles

    ranch dressing, scallions for topping

Directions
