Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced ham

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.

    In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and ham.
