Ingredients

- 17.3 oz. package thawed puff pastry sheets

- 1 cup seedless strawberry jam
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- pinch Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Dust work surface with flour. Unfold one puff pastry sheet and pinch seams together.
