- 2 tbspcornstarch
- ½ clight brown sugar
- ¼ cketchup
- ¼ clow-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tspground ginger
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 clovegarlic
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- ⅓ cbourbon
- 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
- 3 lbskinless
boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Cooked rice or mashed potatoes and sliced scallions
