Ingredients
- 1 lbground turkey
- 1egg
- 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
- 1 tspItalian seasonings
- 1 tspsalt
- ½ tspblack pepper
- 2 clovegarlic
- ½ clow carb sauce

- 1 cmozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat. If using parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, peper and Italian seasonings. Mix together as you would meatloaf.

Take the turkey mixture and form into a pizza crust shape on the prepared bakign sheet. Make it's fairly thin so it won't taste too "meaty".

Bake for roughly 20 minutes. Times will vary depending on how thin you make the crust. You want it to be cooked through but not too browned.

Take it out of the oven and cover with sauce and then cheese. From there you can top whatever other toppings you want.

Bake for another 5 minutes and then place it under the broiler to brown the top if you want. Let cool before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
