husked
- extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 ½ tbspmayo
or vegan mayo
- 1garlic clove
minced
- 1zest and juice of
- ⅓ cchopped scallions
- ¼ ccrumbled cotija
or feta cheese
- ¼ cfinely chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ tspsmoked paprika
- 1jalapeño pepper
