- ½ lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 clovesgarlic

- 1 ¾ clow-sodium chicken broth
- 1 ¾ cfat-free milk
- 2 tbspall-purpose flour
- ½ tsponion powder
- ½ tspdried basil
- ½ tspdried parsley flakes
- 1 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
