Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain rice

    uncooked

  • 4 ½ cups chicken broth

    divided

  • 1 large onion

    chopped

  • 3 ribs celery

    chopped

  • 12 ounces mushrooms

    sliced ¼" thick

  • 1 stick butter)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

    finely chopped

  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
    or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
    or to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
