  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces Sharp White Cheddar Cheese)

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dried Mustard
  • 1 lb. Pasta)

Directions
