Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 46g vanilla protein powder
or 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
melted
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp flaky sea salt
Directions

In a bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon and sea salt.

Add creamy peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix together to combine. You may want to use your hands here to fully combine.

Add mini chocolate chips. Mix together.

In a parchment paper lined 8x8 dish, add mix. Press firmly down to fill the bottom of this dish.

Place in the freezer for 1 hr.

Mix chocolate chunks with coconut oil to melt.

Pour on top of dish to coat. Top with flaky sea salt.

Place in the freezer for 3-4 hrs before cutting.
