
Cheap, accessible, easy to make, instant ramen is a pantry staple. If you ever get tired of that spice packet, try this pesto ramen and you might never go back.
In a medium pot 6” to 8” across, stir together 2 tablespoons pesto and water. Add ramen block to pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook until noodles are al dente and liquid is reduced and silky, no more than 2 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in remaining 3 tablespoons pesto until combined.
Top with Parmesan before serving, if desired.
