Ingredients

  • 6 sweet Italian sausage links
  • 1 large orange bell pepper

    stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced

  • 1 large green bell pepper

    stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced

  • 1 small yellow onion

    halved and thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 hoagie rolls
