Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup wild rice

    not instant wild rice

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions
