This southwest chipotle sauce is the perfect spread or dipping sauce for any occasion, we love it on quesadillas, sandwiches, and dipping sweet potato fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a food process or blender till smooth. Will keep in the fridge until the expiration date of the yogurt you use.
