Ingredients

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- rice
- 1 large egg
- green onion
- furikake
- mayo
Directions

Cook on a med-high heat pan until all sides have been nicely browned.
