For a different flavor profile, you could experiment with a nut-free pesto if allergies are a concern, or a red pesto for a sweeter, tangier twist. Always ensure vegetables are finely chopped and age-appropriate for your child's safety and ease of eating.
This Summer Pesto Finger Salad is ideal for a light lunch, a healthy snack, or even a delightful side dish for family meals. Serve it chilled, allowing the vibrant flavors to truly shine, making it a refreshing option on a warm day.
