- 1 sticksalted butter

- 2eggs
room temp
- 1 ½ cgranulated sugar
- ½ cpacked light brown sugar
- 2tbs self rising flour
- ½ cevaporated milk
- 1tbs pure vanilla extract
- 1tbs lemon juice
- ½ tspallspice
- ½ tspcinnamon
- ½ tspsalt
- 1pie crust

Preheat oven to 425°F

Poke potatoes with a fork

Bake on a baking sheet for 50-55 mins or until cooked and tender

Allow the potatoes to cool

Peel and scoop out the flesh of the potato and place into a mixing bowl
