- ½ cup sugar free BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flake
- 1 large garlic clove

- 12 oz Green Giant frozen zucchini spirals
- 15 oz black beans

- 1 cup frozen corn
thawed
- 2 oz reduced fat shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 scallions
Directions

Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot liner.

Mix the bbq sauce, water, onion flakes and minced garlic in a bowl and pour over the chicken.

Lock lid, set vent to sealing, and press manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
