- 1 ¼ cunsweetened applesauce
- ½ cmilk
- 1 largeegg
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 4 tbspbutter)

- 1 cwhole wheat flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- ¾ tspbaking soda
- 1 tspground cinnamon

- ½ craisins or chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
