- 4 ozcream cheese
at room temperature
- ¼ cgrated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cextra-virgin olive oil
plus more for brushing
- freshly ground pepper
- 8 smallcocktail tomatoes
quartered, about 10 ounces
- 2 tbspchopped fresh chives
- 2 tspbalsamic vinegar
- 1 clovegarlic
finely chopped
- kosher salt
- toasted baguette slices
