Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for frying )

    Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
