Broccoli Garlic Angel Hair Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 6 cloves garlic

- 3 cups chicken stock
- salt to taste
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
plus a little more for garnish
