Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls

Make some delicious sausage balls for an appetizer, with a twist! Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix! These are great flavor with a punch of heat. Enjoy these on your holiday parties! Cheddar Bay Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese (8oz room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Hot Pork Sausage (16oz)
  • Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (11.36oz box)
  • Ranch (optional for dipping)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Combine the sausage, cheese, and biscuit mix in a mixing bowl. I used the hook attachment on my kitchenaid mixer.

    Use a large cookie scoop and make balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.

    Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
