  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. whole milk
  • 16 oz. medium shell pasta
  • 3 c. diced

  • 3 c. sliced romaine lettuce

  • 1 c. shaved parmesan
