- 1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- 2 anchovies
or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 cloves garlic
smashed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Parmesan cheese

In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients and process on low speed until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as you see fit. To serve, toss lettuce in a bowl with dressing, adding a handful of parm to the bowl while dressing and another on top.
