    cut into 1" cubes

  • 5 potatoes

    cut into 1/2" cubes

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 green onions

Directions
