Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups Brussels sprouts

    cleaned and trimmed

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbs Garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

    grated

  • 1.5 c Gouda cheese

    shredded

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients but be sure to reserve about 1/2 cup of the shredded guoda cheese.

    All the brussels sprout, cream and cheese mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet.

    Then top it with the remaining cheese and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
