    freshly shredded

  • 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 4 ounce can diced green chiles

    drained

  • 2-4 tablespoons canned diced jalapeños

    drained

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper
  • Optional Garnishes: chopped fresh cilantro
