  • 1 medium white onion

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

    diced into ½ inch pieces

  • 1 4-ounce can mild diced green chilies
  • 6 8-inch flour tortillas

  • 1 15-ounce can mild red enchilada sauce

  • ½ cup refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend**

Directions
