Prepare for a truly satisfying dessert that defies expectations. They come together with just 10 minutes of hands-on prep, followed by a 20-minute bake, making them an accessible and quick option for any baker looking for a wholesome dessert.
This recipe is remarkably flexible, allowing you to tailor it to your pantry and dietary needs. For the granulated sweetener, feel free to use sugar-free brown erythritol to keep calories lowest, or opt for coconut sugar or regular brown sugar based on your preference and desired flavor depth. You can also easily swap out the almond milk for soy milk or any other milk of choice you have on hand. If you don't have oat flour, an equal amount of all-purpose flour, lightly packed and swept, works beautifully to achieve that classic brownie texture.
These delightful Greek Yogurt Brownies are ideal for a lighter dessert after a meal, a satisfying mid-afternoon snack, or as a thoughtful, healthier treat to share with friends and family at a casual gathering. Serve them as they are, or perhaps with a sprinkle of extra sugar-free chocolate chips or a light dusting of cocoa powder for an elegant touch.
