Ingredients

browned and drained.
- 1 smallonion
diced
- 1 tspminced garlic
- 114 oz can italian style tomatoes
- 146 oz can tomato juice
- 214 oz cans beef broth
- 112 oz. bag of mixed frozen vegetables
- 2potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 tspseason salt
- 1 tspworcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
Directions

Cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain.

Add onion, garlic and tomatoes and saute for 5 mins.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
