- 2 tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 3garlic cloves

- 1 cheavy cream
- ½ cchicken stock
- 1 tspchicken flavor “better than bouillon”
or 1 chicken bouillon cube
- ½ cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1jar sun-dried tomatoes
drained and roughly chopped
- 1 tspitalian seasoning
- ½ tspfreshly cracked black pepper
- ½ tspred pepper flakes

- ¼ cthinly sliced fresh basil leaves
- cooked pasta or mashed potatoes
