Ingredients
- 1½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion
finely diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
finely diced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
chopped

- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.
