chopped
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
optional
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence
or Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons sugar
