- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mirin or ½ teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove

- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 1 pound baby bok choy
