skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2-inch thick strips
- 3 bell peppers

- 2 cloves garlic
minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime
juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
chopped
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream
guacamole, salsa, and shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
